Part I, The Dog That Hasn't Barked, is about what the documented record shows: forty years of sustained proximity between Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, the casino warning in 1988, the 2006 phone call to the Palm Beach Police Chief, the 2003 birthday book, the 2011 email in which Epstein described Trump as the dog that hadn't barked, and the fifty-three pages of FBI interview notes withheld from the 2026 public release by Trump's own Department of Justice.
Part II, Found Liable, is about what the courts have already adjudicated: the May 2023 federal jury verdict finding Trump liable for sexual abuse, the January 2024 verdict awarding his victim $83.3 million, the Federal Rules of Evidence 413 and 415 rulings that made the broader pattern admissible, and the twenty-eight named accusers whose accounts spanned four decades.
Neither piece argues that Donald Trump committed acts against any specific Epstein-network victim. The record does not support that claim. What the record supports — repeatedly, across forty years, across multiple sources — is proximity to known harm by a man with the power to intervene, who did not. In a clinical chart, that is a finding. This companion is the chart.
